Help will always be there you just have to go and look for it. I plan to reduce my stress, eat smaller portions, get a bit of exercise for about 30 minutes a day, i never plan to smoke so that wont be much of a problem for me, i also plan to a healthy diet by eating foods that are not processed or foods that have too much fat in them and just eat healthy foods. I plan to avoid stress by not over thinking about things because that just makes me think that the problem is bigger than it really is. By doing this I will get a healthier heart.
