                             Top 5 Heart Health Tips

  1. Keep a healthy diet.
  2. Avoid smoking.
  3. Keep an active lifestyle.
  4. Maintaining a healthy body weight.
  5. Reduce your stress.
I plan to reduce my stress, eat smaller portions, get a bit of exercise for about 30 minutes a day, i never plan to smoke so that wont be much of a problem for me, i also plan to a healthy diet by eating foods that are not processed or foods that have too much fat in them and just eat healthy foods. I plan to avoid stress by not over thinking about things because that just makes me think that the problem is bigger than it really is. By doing this I will get a healthier heart.

Acupuncturist make a diagnosis and devising a personal treatment plan, take a detailed case history, aspect of their physical and emotional health and history, lifestyle and diet as well as sometimes taking their blood pressure, taking pulse and examining the tongue to aid diagnosis; treating by inserting fine needles into the skin at particular locations to stimulate the energy flow along energy channels and the body's own healing response,incorporating other treatments such as burning herbs to warm insertion points, stimulating insertion points with small electric currents, to loosen and relax muscles,assessing progress through questioning and examination as well as reviewing treatment plans necessary, keeping patient and financial records, organizing and promoting your practice.

Education:
They require a degree from an accredited acupuncture college followed by a Board Certification.

Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not?
No, I would not like to be an acupuncturist because they job will not go much further from where it is right now, not something i am interested in.

Duties and responsibilities:
Wellness professionals find new ways to inspire healthier habits, they work better towards providing better health by providing support, encouragement, and education. They are responsible for contracting participants that are eligible for the program for enrollment and provides necessary wellness coaching to reduce or eliminate high risk behaviors, encourage habits that are conducive to a higher quality of life, develop and conduct onsite health-related wellness seminars and training courses for interested employees and family members, develop customized care plan for program participants including goals and plan of action, coordinate care with other health-related vendors for optimal patient care.

Salary: $ 55,254

Education:
In order for you to become a wellness professional you will need to enroll in a good health and wellness certification program, apply for internship with an established health and wellness coach, earn your certification by passing the required written and practical exam, maintain your certification by earning continuing education credits.

Orthodontist

Duties and Responsibilities:
Orthodontist duties are to straighten teeth, correcting over/under bites. they are responsible for the positioning of the patients teeth and with their oral development you may also be in charge of supervising and instructing orthodontic technicians and assistants in preforming routine procedures.

Salary: $186,320

Education:
In order to become an orthodontist you must graduate from dental school with a DDS or a DDM. You first need a bachelor's degree it does not matter what major you choose. you will also need to take the DAT during your junior year of your undergraduate studies. Once you get into dental school you will receive both didactic and clinical training. After graduating from dental school you need to enter a residence to receive specialized orthodontics training.

I would also prefer to fail with honor that to win by cheating because you have to play by the rules. It is not fair if you don't play by the rules. It would be very upsetting if you were the one playing fair and than some one comes and cheats, you end up losing but you have failed with honor rather than wining by cheating.

Oral care professionals take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays), remove calculus and plaque from all surfaces of the teeth, counseling patients about oral hygiene and how good nutrition impacts on oral health, they also make impressions of patients teeth for study casts.

Education:
If you would like to become an oral care professional you would need to have a associate's degree in dental hygiene or a bachelor's degree which is not very common. you will need to complete at least 1 year in college. Some important qualities would be compassion, detail oriented, dexterity, interpersonal skills, and physical stamina.
